This blog will cover how data pass from Omniscript to flexcard datatables.
- Create omniscript and add fields for getting data from user.
- In omniscript different action elements are present according to requirement. Here, We will use Dataraptor Extract Action.
- Add dataraptor from available list and pass input parameters.
- Data source is our Field names used in omniscript and Filter value is what that we used in our datamapper.
- Also, I added one additional property i.e. Response Transformations. The reason is that I want my datamapper input to be map into Contacts node on Omniscript Json.
Now we have records in Omniscript Json but we want that it should display into tabular form. For that we will embed flexcard into omniscript and that flexcard would contain datatable. Now challange is how to pass data from Omniscript to embeded flexcard.Lets do this step by step.
- Create a Flexcard and add Datatable element into it from Build in right panel.
- Add required fields and pass {records}
- Activate flexcard and go back to Omniscript.
- In OS build add Custom Lightning Web Component from Build
- For passing data from Omniscript to flexcard parent-data should be true in custom lightning web component properties. For Example: parent-data: true
- Also, Specify the node from omniscript that you would like to pass into flexcard like records should be %nodename%
- After doing all these steps, Activate omniscript and preview. Enter the First Name, Last Name and press enter.Matching record will display in datatable which is called from flexcard on Omniscript.
