We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex development, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components (Aura/LWC).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data tools.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage Salesforce security, sharing rules, and user access.
- Maintain proper documentation of technical processes and system configurations.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and releases to ensure platform optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, workflows, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) for Salesforce deployments.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce products like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier).
- Understanding of Git version control.
